Pet Hair : While we are happy to remove pet hair, it adds on more time to the valet which will incur a further charge, this will be discussed on arrival. 

 Heavily Soiled Vehicle' s  (Apply's to Mini & Full Valets Only) Heavily Soiled vehicle's will incur a further charge this will be discussed on seeing the vehicle before works commences. 

• A deposit of £50 is required when booking our Full or Top Valet

• Failure to attend or be late (more than 15 minutes )  deposit becomes non refundable

• Minimum 24hrs notice period must be given before cancellation, deposit becomes non refundable 

The vehicle must be clear of all personal belongings before work commences, failure to comply may result in the valet being cancelled. 

Children's car seats must be removed, due to our insurance policy. We can not remove or insert seats.
